Through
communication, we share information, make decisions, solve
problems, and accomplish our day-to-day jobs. Learn to
develop your communication skills to collaborate, make
decisions, and solve problems more effectively. Make
sure the message sent is the message received!
In our
FUN and INTERACTIVE Listen Up! Communication workshop,
participants will learn:

How people’s perceptions and viewpoints differ

To improve face-to-face communication

1-way vs 2-way communication differences

To improve active listening skills
Activities include role-play, communication experiments, perception tests, active listening exercises, and a few
surprises and prizes! Come ready to have fun while learning
invaluable tools 2 succeed.
This Listen Up! Communication workshop is part of our monthly Compass Series
leadership development program, emphasizing leadership,
communication and
team-building. Supervisors, managers, and HR
professionals will all benefit.
