Sheryl Tuchman,
founder and CEO of Tools 2 Succeed, Inc., is a Certified
Professional Coach with more than 25 years of corporate
business, management, and technical experience. Her wide
range of experience includes the design and implementation
of planning and governance processes for the IT departments
of multi-billion dollar corporations, including Baxter
Healthcare, Global Crossing, and J. Walter Thompson. Sheryl previously
taught elementary school and holds a lifetime State of
California Multiple Subjects credential. She is on the board
of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA,
a SHRM affiliate). Sheryl volunteers for Junior Achievement
of Southern California, inspiring young people to succeed.
Irvine
Karen Bukolt is a Senior Trainer for
Tools 2 Succeed. She has been facilitating our Compass
Series leadership workshops for more than 2 years. Karen has more than 18 years of
experience in
education -- as a teacher, department chairperson, business analyst,
and corporate trainer. She has also served as the
President and Negotiations Team Leader for the San Rafael
Federation of Teachers. Karen holds a B.S. in Secondary
Education from the State University of New York College at
Buffalo as well as advanced certificates from the University
of California, Los Angeles.
